First, alkaline treatment: reacting with sodium hydroxide or basic sodium carbonate to generate a water-soluble salt, followed by washing and filtration. Second, activated carbon adsorption: utilizing the strong adsorption properties of activated carbon to effectively filter out triphenylphosphine. Finally, high-temperature, high-vacuum distillation: precisely controlling temperature and vacuum to achieve accurate separation of triphenylphosphine.
When treating wastewater containing triphenylphosphine, local environmental regulations must be followed. Neutralization can be used to adjust the pH of the wastewater, followed by activated carbon adsorption to remove organic matter. Alternatively, chemical treatment can be used to reduce triphenylphosphine to a less toxic compound, followed by standard wastewater treatment procedures. These methods not only ensure the safe use of triphenylphosphine but also achieve the harmless treatment of its wastewater, guaranteeing a green and safe production environment.
