TPP (C18H15P) is a standard phosphine ligand and reducing agent. You will find it in organic synthesis, pharma intermediates, olefin polymerization, epoxy curing and Wittig reactions.
We have just worked out a pellet form of TPP. Chemically it is the same high purity product as our powder and flake grades. We only changed the shape. It is meant for automatic feeding, closed reactors and overseas sea shipments.

Why pellet, not powder or flake?
Dust. Powder kicks up an irritating cloud as soon as you cut the bag open. Flakes also shed dust during transfer. Pellets don't. That means less inhalation risk, lower dust explosion concern, and a cleaner workshop overall.
Feeding. Powder clumps and bridges in the hopper. Flakes are irregular and jam the feed line. Pellets flow freely, no wall sticking, no arching. They run fine on loss-in-weight feeders and closed conveyors, so you can drop the manual feeding labor.
Weighing. Powder blows away during pumping and transfer - you just lose product. Flake edges crumble and throw the scale off. Pellets hold up on the road. Dosing stays accurate, reaction ratios stay where you set them, and downstream batches come out even.
Shipping. Powder cakes under a stack of bags. Flakes crack under load on a bumpy ocean trip. Pellets take the pressure. After weeks on the water and a few re-handlings, they are still pellets, not a dust pile. They pick up little moisture, so shelf life is better. UN packaging for container export is available.
Reactor charging. Pellets go straight in, no pre-crushing. Closed feeding stops dust backflow and keeps the smell down. Handy on pharma and fine chemical continuous lines.
Purity & reactivity. Pelletizing is just physical shaping. No binder, no extra impurity added. Purity, melting point and reaction performance are identical to powder and flake TPP. Your existing Wittig, catalysis or reduction recipe stays as it is.
